Client Background

Our client was a passionate history enthusiast who had a deep appreciation for the city's architectural heritage. They wanted to create a luxurious private residence that would pay homage to the building's past while also providing a comfortable and functional living space for their family.

Results

he restored mansion is now a stunning example of how historic buildings can be adapted for modern use. The project involved a complete overhaul of the interior and exterior spaces, including the restoration of ornate plasterwork, the installation of new windows and doors, and the creation of a state-of-the-art kitchen and bathrooms.

Highlights

Some of the project's highlights include the restoration of the original stained-glass windows, the creation of a beautiful landscaped garden, and the installation of a bespoke staircase that connects all three floors of the building.
